At Rekha's IndiSnacks, we take care to prepare, pack and dispatch every order with attention to quality and freshness.
1. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment and order confirmation.
During festivals, special offers, weekends or periods of high demand, processing may take additional time.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the delivery location and courier service availability.
Estimated delivery is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, transportation delays, holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process before the order is confirmed.
From time to time, Rekha's IndiSnacks may offer free shipping or promotional delivery offers.
4. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to selected locations in India where reliable courier services are available.
If a particular location is not serviceable, we will inform the customer before dispatch whenever possible.
5. Packaging
Our snacks are packed carefully to help maintain their quality and freshness during transportation.
Minor changes in shape or texture may occasionally occur during transportation and do not necessarily indicate a product quality issue.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged, opened, leaking or contains an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.
Customers may be asked to provide photographs or videos of the package and products so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
7. Delayed Delivery
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery timing may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in checking the delivery status.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.
Rekha's IndiSnacks cannot be held responsible for delivery failure caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
